Business Credentials PLUS Individual Designer/Buyer Credentials

Business Credentials – one or more may be required; certain exceptions may be made.

  1. Company Issued photo badge with company name and registrant name listed.
  2. URL to website that shows your name and affiliation to the company.
  3. Copy of pay stub, W2 or 1099 with sensitive information removed, i.e. social security

*Please note, letters of employment will not be accepted nor handwritten business cards.

Individual Designer or Buyer Credentials

  1. Copy of interior designer license or certification.
  2. Copy of architectural license
  3. Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the apparel, furniture, home decor, gift, jewelry or design industries. Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page.

*There is now an option to upload a paystub on step four of the registration process

Any business that sources or resells product represented at Atlanta Apparel, including but not limited to: designers, retailers, distributors, gift shops, architects, landscape architects, builders, home stagers, contract/hospitality buyers, purchasing agents, film and television production buyers, and event planners.

Except for Service Animals (as that term is used in the Americans with Disabilities Act), buyers and exhibitors are not permitted to bring animals of any kind onto the AmericasMart campus.

By registering, you agree to receive a confirmation and communication from AmericasMart and affiliated partners by direct mail, fax, email, or phone. For more information, please view our Privacy Policy. Management reserves the right to permanently expel anyone disregarding said policies.

Privacy Policy

Buyers are allowed to bring rolling briefcases and rolling laptop cases smaller than 12” (H) x 16” (W) x 5” (D). Rolling carts and luggage larger than the cases described above will need to be left at Luggage Check stations conveniently located throughout our campus. Please note these restrictions do not apply to exhibitors. To help keep everyone moving, please pick up your rolling briefcases on escalators. Buyers must sign a waiver in order to bring strollers to apparel markets. Strollers must not be larger than 31” wide and 52” long.

*Please note that policies may vary for other events on campus other than apparel markets.

Conduct that interferes with the operations or management of Market or which endangers the health, safety or well-being of others is expressly prohibited.

→ All photography in or of showrooms and on all exhibit hall floors is strictly prohibited without the express permission of each affected exhibitor.

→ Entry onto AmericasMart property constitutes the consent of the entrant to Atlanta Apparel’s use and distribution of the entrant’s photographic or video image without compensation to the entrant.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in AmericasMart buildings including, without limitation, the parking garages and stairwells. Designated smoking areas can be found outside each building.

Firearms, bladed weapons, explosives, batons, and other personal weapons are not permitted on the AmericasMart campus.

Permanent Showroom owners and employees may request guest/courtesy badges from registration for access exclusive to the building where their showroom is located. These badges are only valid for the day requested, and if possible, we would prefer 24 hours notice for requests. These passes must be entered in the exhibitor portal. Please use our Registration Help Desk for assistance with your log-in information.

Please note that there are no guests allowed during Gift/Home Markets and Cash & Carry Markets.

Children under 12 are not allowed unless they are children of the showroom owner or an employee of the showroom. Children of showroom owners or employees are required to wear their courtesy badges while in the buildings.

You can only request a courtesy pass for the building where your showroom is located.

Upon execution of your lease, you may obtain a permanent Atlanta Apparel badge through the Operations office. A valid photo ID is required. Exhibitor Photo ID badges are issued by Atlanta Apparel only to employees of leaseholders, and only upon the specific request of an authorized officer of the leaseholder. Requests for Photo ID badges must be in writing, either on an Atlanta Apparel Badge Request form or on the leaseholder’s company letterhead.

The Photo ID Office is located in the AmericasMart Operations Center, 220 Ted Turner Drive (formerly Spring Street), next to Building 2 (the Gift Building). Hours are extended during Markets. Please contact the administrator at 404.220.3076 for further details.

An individual who provides professional services. This includes equipment/computer/technology services and financial services. Each supplier must provide:

1. A personalized business card

2. Photo ID. Requests must be made (each market) in advance by the exhibitor with whom the supplier is doing business.

Suppliers are not permitted to bring guests or children.

Authorized part-time or temporary showroom employees will be issued temporary exhibitor passes by Buyer Registration only upon request of the showroom owner. Temporary exhibitor passes are issued only for a particular market/show or other special need. Please help us control access by retrieving these badges from your personnel when access is no longer required.

Solicitation is not permitted in AmericasMart Atlanta. If solicitors enter your showroom, please notify security immediately at 404.220.2553.

If suspicious or undesirable persons are seen loitering in or around your showroom area, please notify security immediately at 404.220.2553.

NOTE: All personnel should have an I.D. badge. Feel free to request to see anyone’s badge you think is suspicious. Security is everyone’s business—help us help you.

Yes, you may serve alcohol in your booth through Aramark Corporation, who holds the liquor license to serve alcohol on ANDMORE/Atlanta Apparel property. Exhibitors on temporary floors cannot lawfully serve alcohol that is not purchased through Aramark. You may order alcohol for your booth from CaterTrax or by calling 404.220.2258.

If you have a permanent I.D. badge, you may enter your showroom at your convenience. However, from 7:00 p.m. — 7:00 a.m. you must enter through security, located on the loading dock of each building. Showroom personnel that enter after-hours are required to sign-in and out with security. If you need an escort to your car, please let security know when you sign-out for the night.

NOTE: Showrooms left unattended should be locked. In case of a break-in, theft or emergency, call security at 404.220.2553. Showroom security evaluations are available by contacting security.

Children of buyers and designers, ages 12 to 17, are permitted as guests with proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, school identification, passport, etc.) Children under 12 years of age are strongly discouraged from attending Atlanta Apparel. A waiver will be required for anyone under 12 and the accompanying adult will receive a sticker affixed to their badge upon signing the child waiver. Infants under the age of one year will be permitted admission, but must be carried in a baby carrier or sling. Buyers must sign a waiver in order to bring strollers to apparel markets. Strollers must not be larger than 31” wide and 52” long. See our Admissions Policy for details.

Admissions Policy

Atlanta Apparel has 24-hour security guards stationed on each floor and throughout the building during designated market times. We recommend covering your booth with a cloth or plastic drape at night before you leave market. A booth safe can be rented through OneView if you would like a place to store more valuable items during market or each night.
